We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on every order.  Need it faster, we can upgrade you to UPS Next Day Air for an extra fee. All orders over $5000 receive an automatic free upgrade to Next Day Air.

Saturday delivery available for extra fee.

Signature required on all order over $1000.

We do not ship to PO boxes

Orders are shipped during our business hours. All orders must be placed by 12 noon to ship out the same day.  Occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Please read product availability on the product page before ordering. 

 
 

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund or credit within 30 when it was shipped.  Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your returns. 

We welcome all returns in store.  Please call or email to schedule a time and date for your return.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.  We will not accepts Items that are damaged or worn.

Sized rings are FINAL SALE.

We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the items you are sending back to us.

For credit card purchases, please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

 How do I submit a repair?

 Does J. Sampieri offer gift wrapping? 

All packages will arrive gift wrapped and in our exclusive J. Sampieri packaging. You may also include a personalized note that will appear on a J. Sampieri note card to be included in your order package. Please provide the message during checkout.

 Does J. Sampieri offer engraving?

Yes, engraving is available for certain items. Please contact our staff at info@jsampieri.com or 1 212 941 6126, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm MST for pricing and availability.

 Can J. Sampieri size an item?

Yes, all stock ring sizes are 6.5 for women and men’s size 10. We will size up or down up to 1.5 sizes. Sizing takes 1-3 business days in addition to shipping time if applicable. 

 What if an item is out of stock?

Items not on hand at time of order will ship approximately 4-6 weeks after the receipt of your order. You will receive confirmation of shipment when the order is sent.  If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact us to see how quickly we can accommodate you.
